![]() I initially took this picture to capture the shadow of the Monkey Christmas light on the building. I think it works well in B/W. 2 Awesome photographers, Barb (Jinky) and Dawn sell a set of B/W and Color actions for Photoshop that are just amazing. I use Color Pop on my images when they need an extra 'kick', and the B/W conversions just cannot be beat. You have the choice of Light, Dark, and Blue B/W, each very customizable. I would recommend purchasing their actions (they're having a sale right now) if you have been looking for a perfect B/W conversion. I don't know what I'd do without them! I also use the 10x20 storyboards for all my collages I share on here. I have had them printed off and they look fabulous. It makes it much easier than lining them all up yourself. Go HERE to see thier actions for sale and examples. And be sure to check out their blogs. On a side note. I'm officially back in the darkroom!! I started my special studies class today for school, and will be working in the darkroom again. I haven't done anything in there for almost a year, and I forgot how much I liked it. I developed a roll of film today and have one to develop tomorrow. Hopefully I'll have something to share soon. ISO: 100 Shutter: 1/500 Aperture: 8.0 Focal Length: 50.0mm | |
