Poor Lilly. She was cursed with the Recla knees. Which basically means no knees at all.. Its just one long trunk, a small indent where your knee SHOULD be. This is the main reason I never wear shorts.. Its hereditary, as my dad has the same thing. When I prayed for the genes I DIDN'T want passed to my children from me, this (and the perpetual dark circles under my eyes, which Lilly ALSO got, just not as bad) was THE one I hoped the most would skip a generation. I'm sure I'll need to pay for counseling some day for her to be able to cope with these knees. Rest assured honey, Mommy feels your pain. I just added quite a few links to the blogs.. All GREAT photographers, and mostly child/portrait related.. I've found that visiting other photographers, especially child photographers, keeps me inspired and with the drive to get out there and shoot. Check them out!
