Sorry for the sudden stop in posts. We left last week to visit Sam's parents in Colorado, and just got home tonite. Things have been a bit busy around here, and I never got around to updating the blog to say where I would be. My grandmother, Lilly's great grandma, or 'Gran' as she's always been called by all of us kids, passed away yesterday afternoon. She has been sick for quite awhile, and we were all able to say our goodbyes, so it's more of a bittersweet passing. I know she's in heaven with Pops now, probably dancing up a storm and having a good ole time. Gran was an amazing person, and I feel blessed to have had her as a grandmother, I have many fond memories of her. I will probably not be updating for a few days, we're going to be doing services and such, but I hope to be back in full swing soon. This picture was from the day that Lilly came home from the hospital. I am so thankful that Gran was able to see her great-grandkids and spend time with them. Even though Lilly may not remember it, it was a joy to see them interact.
